As a social worker, Jocelyn has spent her career helping families navigate complex systems and access the support they need. She understands the importance of clear communication, advocacy, and public service that puts people first.
Former Federal Government Worker
Jocelyn has served in senior leadership roles with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, SAMHSA leading national mental health initiatives, managing and overseeing multi-million dollar grants and budgets, and strengthening services for families and communities.
